How to clean the vacuum cleaner ?

Troubleshooting

The hoover suddenly stopped working.

(1). Clogging.
1.Please check the hoover motorised cleaning brush, the metal telescopic tube, the dust box and the inside of the main motor for any rubbish blockages and clear these rubbish blockages.
2.You can refer to the instruction manual to do a thorough cleaning for the hoover as shown in the attachment.
(2). After you have cleaned the hoover thoroughly the hoover fault still exists then please follow the following methods to troubleshoot the hoover.
1. run the main motor alone, if the main motor can work alone, it proves that it is the hoover or the telescopic tube, if the main motor can't work alone, it is the fault of the main motor.

2. the main motor is not faulty, remove the telescopic tube and install the electric cleaning brush on the main motor directly, if the electric cleaning brush works normally in this case, then it is the hoover telescopic tube is faulty.

The electric cleaning brush on the hoover has suddenly stopped spinning and the light on the main motor is flashing.

1. You can refer to the instruction manual to do a thorough cleaning for the hoover's motorised cleaning brush as shown in the instruction manual.
2. Test the hoover for the following trouble areas.
Please remove the cleaning brush and metal telescopic tube from the main motor and run the main motor alone.
If the main motor can run alone, it means the cleaning brush is faulty; if the main motor cannot run alone, it means the main motor or battery is faulty.
