How often should I change my HEPA filter?

1. Replace the HEPA in a few months under normal use.
2.If the HEPA is cleaned according to the HEPA cleaning video but the HEPA can't be cleaned, replace it with a new one.

Is the HEPA filter washable?

Metal filters and dust collection cups can be easily cleaned and washed, but HEPA filters cannot be washed because washing affects their filtration performance. We recommend that you clean the HEPA filter with a cleaning gadget and replace the filter regularly.

Troubleshooting

The hoover suddenly stopped working.

1. Please do a thorough cleaning for your hoover and replace the HEPA filter.
2.Charge the hoover for more than 5 hours.
3. If the problem still exists after trying the above two methods, please record a video and send it to our official after-sales email, our professional technicians will help you to solve the problem and provide free replacement parts.

The electric cleaning brush on the hoover has suddenly stopped spinning and the light on the main motor is flashing.

1. You can refer to the instruction manual to do a thorough cleaning for the hoover's motorised cleaning brush as shown in the instruction manual.
2. Test the hoover for the following trouble areas.
Please remove the cleaning brush and metal telescopic tube from the main motor and run the main motor alone.
If the main motor can run alone, it means the cleaning brush is faulty; if the main motor cannot run alone, it means the main motor or battery is faulty.

After the rubbish has been cleared, the clogged rubbish light on the hoover remains on and the hoover does not work.

The suction of the hoover is weaker than before. What should I do?

Suction problems are usually caused by blockages or air leaks.
1. Check if the battery needs to be charged.
2. Check to see if the dust collection cup and HEPA filter need cleaning.
3. Check for any blockages in the ducting or floor brush head.
